Bullying is a serious issue going on throughout the schools. Kids can be real pricks to the point where their classmates are committing suicide. That ish is not cool. You shouldn’t be picking on someone period. The cool part is, schools are doing all they can to prevent bullying. Several of them hold anti-bullying rallies throughout the year that make kids take a pledge to just say NO to bullying.
Were you a bully in school? If so, did your parents ever find out? One mom recently did and she took matters into her own hands. Her own daughter bullied a student with cancer. Instead of taking away her cell phone and sending her to her room, mom got physical. She made sure that her daughter was never going to bully her classmate again after the a$$ whooping she gave her.
Hey, it’s not illegal to punish your kid.
Just Say No
Because of the Internet, there’s even cyberbullying. Examples can include mean text messages or emails, rumors sent by email or posted on social networking sites, and embarrassing pictures, videos, websites, or fake profiles. Cyberbullying can happen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and reach a kid even when he or she is alone.
Technology is always changing which means cyberbullying is only going to get worse. Don’t let physical or cyberbullying happen to you or anyone you know. If someone is being bullied, speak up.
